We’ve got the perfect solution for the couple who wants to plan their own wedding down to the very last detail, while leaving the execution of all of their carefully laid out plans and details to a professional. Our “Enjoy the Day! Package” allows the Bride and Groom to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy their wedding day; all while being able to watch the magic and wonder of the day unfold and come to life.
The “Enjoy the Day! Package” begins four to six weeks prior to the wedding day itself. At that point, your consultant will meet with you to collect copies of all vendor contracts, gather key information and to review all of the details of your wedding day. At this initial meeting we also assist you in filling in any of the gaps that still remain, and make suggestions that will only make your wedding day that much more enjoyable and stress-free. We then will work with you to create a personalized master timeline for the wedding day, including the ceremony order.
The week prior to the wedding, we will confirm all details of the day with your vendors, and will be present to direct the rehearsal the week of the wedding. On the wedding day itself, we will be on site to both oversee and orchestrate the set up of the ceremony and reception, and will stay on site until all of the special activities have concluded, and the client is comfortable with us leaving.
Other “Enjoy the Day! Package” services include:
- Placement of all personal items (provided by the bride and groom) for both the ceremony and reception (guest book, place cards, menus, favors, toasting goblets, programs, etc…)
- Oversees the entire set up and supervision of vendors to ensure that your wishes and overall vision is successfully accomplished
- Communication with ushers to provide correct guest seating/placement
- Distribution of boutonnieres, corsages and bouquets
- Lining up the wedding party
- Cueing the musicians
- Act as the liaison between the on-site coordinator and the client
- Greeting any guests that may arrive late
- Communicate with the master of ceremonies/DJ to ensure that the entire event runs promptly and smoothly. This includes the announcement of your arrival, first dance, toasts/cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and the sending away of the bride and groom
- Aid in distribution of all final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Be present and available throughout the wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly
- The designated “go-to” person for vendors and guests, ensuring the bride, groom, family, and friends can simply enjoy the day
- Providing the ultimate wedding day emergency kit
- Supervise loading of gifts into designated vehicle with your choice of caretaker
- Trouble shooting throughout the day to ensure a perfect, flawless day
